Women & Nails : Elizabeth Tremosa - Mi-rê Cosmetics

On the occasion of Pink October, we have joined forces with the cosmetics brand Mi-rê Cosmetics to run an awareness campaign. The idea: via a competition, to remind people of the importance of screening, self-palpation, but also of support for patients and associations. It is therefore quite obvious that the founder Elizabeth Trémosa is our Women & Nails of the month!

- Can you introduce yourself?

I am Elizabeth Trémosa, co-founder of Mi-rê Cosmetics.

I am a Parisian by adoption. Born in the USA, of Mexican origin. I am passionate about art and have over 20 years of experience in the cosmetics industry in France for luxury and skincare brands: YSL, Pierre Balmain, Nuxe and Garancia. Following an unexpected and surprising meeting with a young Korean woman: Miseong Kim, we created MI-RÊ. Miseong dreamed of launching a make-up brand and I, a natural multi-functional skincare brand. So we merged our two expertises and passions and created the first hybrid make-up and skincare range with as many treatment properties as make-up.

- What is special about MI-RÊ Cosmetics?

The DNA of MI-RÊ, which means "Beautiful future" in Korean, is the marriage of French know-how and K-beauty technology.

Our products are multifunctional, with formulas infused with active ingredients, effective

designed to act on the skin in appearance as well as in depth, providing all the benefits of a treatment.

Our products contain innovative formulas with sensory and surprising textures at the cutting edge of technology, created to put effectiveness and pleasure on an equal footing.

- What are the brand values?

In a few words: Generous, inclusive, transgenerational and committed.

We have created our products with the aim of celebrating diversity and the union of cultures, bringing a touch of positivity to everyone's daily life. Suitable for everyone, regardless of age, gender or skin tone, our products have been designed to be enjoyed equally by all across generations. Our textures 0 materials provide a natural look.

- What is your relationship with your hands?

I like to have them soft, sun spot free and well groomed because I talk with my hands.

- What is your favourite nail varnish colour and why?

It's pale pink because it was my mother's favourite nail polish colour. She had beautiful hands and this colour reflected her softness and kindness.
