YOUR ORDERS
We are an eco-responsible brand so all our parcels are packed in recycled or recyclable containers. Our packaging comes from fairly managed forests (PEFC label)
Once your order has been validated, it cannot be modified. If you have any questions, we are available by e-mail at together@23beauty.paris.

RETURN
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at together@23beauty.paris prior to any return to let us know why. Please include your order number and contact details, as well as the reason for your return. The product must be intact and in its original packaging.

We only accept claims for shipments with a tracking number.
If the returned product does not comply with the return conditions, the refund cannot be made.
